It's ALIVE.....for now......

last Thursday my poor Xbox 360 died.....again. You know its dead because it flashes 3 angry red lights at you like this. I wish this was a site I have never seen before, unfortunately this is the third time my 360 has decided to die. Lucky for my pocket book my 360 does not have a DNR. I decieded to rush my 360 into surgery under my care and supervision. Below is what the inside of my Xbox looks like!!!!

After the surgery was complete the friendly green lights showed up again and I was able to continue playing NCAA Football and Rainbow Six Vegas! Total cost to fix the Xbox THIS time was $6.52. That's a lot better than a $350.00 new one! Below are happy working photos of my happy Xbox 360!

It also might be worth noting that our water heater died and my Father and I actually were able to pull the old one out and put a new one in.....I was really grateful he was there to help since Home Depot and Lowes both wanted over $200.00 to install one...... Now that does not mean my house is not going to blow up in the few days.....but hey I was able to save some money thanks to my Father's help!!! -Adam

Golfing Pains and Choo Choo Trains

We spent the last weekend in St. George. After I was finished crashing on my mountain bike, my father decided that we needed to go play some golf! On Friday it was a regular painful experience for me as my brother and father just giggled and laughed at my so called attempts to hit a little ball down a huge area of land....(BTW who in their sane little mind thought that hitting a little ball with a huge club would be fun...Idiot. I hate this person).

Saturday morning the birds were chirping and the hurricane force winds started blowing and the Gines' thought, "HEY lets go golfing again." So here gos another game of golf vs my laughing brother and father. After I hit a couple of houses with my ball, I settled down and ended up beating these two jokers at this horribly contrived game of golf!!! SWEET VICTORY IS MINE!!!!! For some apparent reason they want to play again on Saturday and I just don't think I can play against such amateurs.....

Yesterday (Wednesday) I decided to ride the new Frontrunner train to work. WHAT A JOKE. For some crazy reason, just about everyone in the state of Utah thinks its FUN to go sit on this train with 4 bagillion people and just ride it back and forth from Ogden to Salt Lake......When my train to take me home pulled up in Salt lake you would have thought that everyone would have said, "OK kiddos we are here lets get off the train." Boy was i wrong....little did i know, that it was a special day out with the family and no one will be getting off the train in Salt Lake, so I had to cram myself into a 200 passenger compartment with 700 other people (See Photos Below). Hopefully when people actually have to pay for this service we won't get the families with 23 kids, Grandma and Grandpa sitting on the train playing cards and riding back and forth because they think they are having FUN. Honestly, I did not come home and get the wife and say "Honey...Night out on the town...grab the portable DVD player....We will get some Wendy's on the way because we are GONNA RIDE THE TRAIN...WHOOO WHOOO....... If I have offended you....GOOD you WERE part of the problem =)

While I am at it...why can't I just import a Photo where my cursor is when i blog??? why does this thing have to put the photo on the side or UP at the top of the page even though my cursor is at the bottom???? LAME SAUCE...

SCRAPBOOK EXPO

I am never allowed to step foot in to one of these again. Well my friend Samantha and I get to the South Town Expo center about 7:30 doors open and 9:00. YES WE ARE NUTS!! As we pull up we see a sign that says "GUN SHOW" how fitting gun show on one side and scraping booking on the other. People are crazy at these things they plan to stay there all day and scrapbook. There were ladies with wagons full of there own stuff ready to spread out across 14 tables and get to work. I went in to this to get new fun things as well as planning to only spending the little cash I had. With in two hours i have pulled out the debit card very bad idea. But of course Kelli had a big hand in this as well. From the moment i saw Kelli she was already telling us about all the great deals. (how could i resist she knows my weakness.) Has any one else ever been broke by saving money? Well there we were at 11:30 broke so I looked at Sam and told her we need to leave now!

Unknown blessings

Well I never thought that I would ever say having endometisos and going through menopause was and is a blessing. I have started to tell our story about infertility. We had be trying to get pregnant for about 6 months when we found out that I was. Ten week in to my pregnancy we found out I was going to miscarry. Well along story short we tried for another year using lots and lots of clomid when my Dr decided to do a laporocopy (last Sept) to find out if I had endometisos before sending us to the UofU. Here is the kicker I never had any signs or symptoms except for infertility. If you have never had any symptoms most Dr. will never test you for it. Come to find out while I was recovering from surgery the Dr let Adam know that it was shocking that i was able to get pregnant once and to never have any pain. I was covered with endometisos. I tell you all this because of my ups and down i now know of one person so far that because of me they asked their Dr to check for endometrisos. She had never had any signs or symptoms before, and she has it. she now knows why she can not get pregnant. What a blessing that I can help someone that had been trying for i believe 6 year and never knew what the problem was till now.

Prego in 3 months? Lets cross our fingers!

Well here we go again. I went to the Dr for the first time in 6 months, and she gave me 3 months to get prego before the clomid starts. So let pray that we won't need clomid. I say "we" because it definitely affects both Adam and I and well I already had 6 months of it before my six months of menopause. Well all I have to say is "yeah the hot flashes are gone no more sticking to the sheets at night. "

Sick Of EMO?????

If you are sick of EMO and can't wait for Disturbed's New album on June 3rd, I suggest you go purchase Sevendust's new Album "Hope and Sorrow." This is the single best no nonsense hard rock album I have heard in a while. Remember kids...there is a "Parental Advisory" sticker on the cover, so make sure your mother "advises" you to go pick up this album. HAH, can you hear my mother? "Adam, I advise you to go pick up the new Sevendust album...its AMAZING." Go to the store, buy this album, and put your devil horns in the air and get ready to ROCK! -Jessica....JUST Kidding - Adam
